About the builder
The Vision
Summit Parc was designed in the style of a Manhattan loft building. Exposed concrete and special LED lighting, hardwood flooring, modern European style kitchen cabinets by Tiger, stainless steel appliances and white stone “waterfall style” countertops are used in each luxury apartment.
On the outside, the handsome brick and full glass panels bring in the light and give the residences a luxurious and open feel. All residents have access to their own private terrace and a shared rooftop terrace accessible for all residents.
The Property is being developed by the same builders who recently completed Riverdale Parc, located at 2727 Henry Hudson Parkway, Bronx, NY.
The Architect
Summit Parc located at 640 W. 238th Street was designed by award winning architects Building Studio Architects. The Building Studio is an architecture and design firm based in New York City.
The partnership, started in 1992, has experience in diverse project types throughout the tri-state area, including residential (private and multifamily), commercial, industrial, institutional and medical facilities.
The inspiration for Summit Parc was a combination of bringing Manhattan loft like interior accents to this unique project in Riverdale.
